The agent of record must stay in constant
contact with the title company during the escrow process.
All parties must be aware of the projected closing date
and what, if anything, must still be completed before the
close of escrow. Before monies can be exchanged, all parties
will be asked to view a settlement statement which clearly
states all paid and received by both parties.
