Home inspections are not yet required by
Nevada law but almost every home on the market has a structural
or home inspection performed before it is sold. The inspector
will look at the home as a system, then assess the home
and reports any defects that occur in the system. This inspection
allows all interested parties to be aware of the exact physical
condition of the home at the time of sale. This inspector
must be licensed and bonded by the state of Nevada Department
of Business and Industry. Key Realty works with some of
the top inspectors in the country.
Please call Key Realty with any questions you may have
regarding the inspection process.
