Marketing the property

All marketing projects will be agreed upon by both the listing agent and the seller. The inspections, certifications and warrantees already make any Key Realty listing among the most desirable in its class. Each listing is marketed to all prospective buyers through every mean possible. The property is entered into the multiple listing service, making it viewable to every REALTOR in the Las Vegas area. An open house will be held at least once a month. (must be agreed by seller) The property will be marketed to the surrounding community with professionally created flyers.

Many other great marketing tools will be utilized and will be discussed between the seller and their representative.
