Opening Escrow

Nevada is a title state. Meaning that the transfer of ownership takes place through the escrow process. A disinterested third party (title company) will serve as a transfer station of between monies and interests in the property. The escrow process is opened at a title company after an agreement has been reached between both buyer and seller. Key Realty uses some of the most respected title companies in the United States.
